Refunds
Here at Snap Swaps® we want you to love our products. If for any reason you wish to return an item please follow the guidelines below.

  • Our return policy is 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be "unused" and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the "original, unopened packaging”. Because they are sold in mystery packs we do not refund "opened" packs, or "re-sealed" packs. T-shirts and backpacks to do not have packaging, but please do not return them with obvious signs of wear.

Please email us at lucy@snapitswapit.com to request a refund and a shipping label will be sent to the email you "originally" provided with your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* We don't like to disappoint our customers and will make every effort to apply your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there is a problem with your refund request. for example "opened mystery packs", unfortunately are not accepted.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in the guidelines of your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have not received your refund

  • First reach out to us with your order number at lucy@snapitswapit.com
  • Next, please check with your bank or financial institution, refunds are dependent on their own policies timeframe.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

  • If there was a gift item please instruct us at lucy@snapitswapit.com so we can send the gift receiver's name, full address and email so that we can send a return label to them, and process your refund.

Shipping

  • Please use the pre-paid shipping label we provided
